#ComeSwim Trailer and Behind the Scenes – Shatterbox Anthology

Refinery29 : SHATTERBOX ANTHOLOGY
WE CAN’T STOP WATCHING THIS TEASER FOR KRISTEN STEWART’S NEW FILMMORE INFO

Since bursting onto the Hollywood scene as the universe’s favorite mortal girl in Twilight, Kristen Stewart has always shone as an industry game-changer, even when surrounded by a sea of brooding, rakish vampires. As an actor, she’s conquered a series of high-profile roles after Bella Swan, including parts in star-studded films ranging from Woody Allen’s nostalgic romp through Tinseltown, Café Society, and Oscar darling Still Alice. She’s also the first American to win France’s prestigious César award for her performance in 2014’s Clouds of Sils Maria.

Now, Stewart is joining the growing number of Hollywood women who’ve moved behind the camera, partnering with Refinery29’s Shatterbox Anthology for her directorial début, Come Swim. A surrealist journey through the imagination’s wild currents, Come Swim conjures a stunningly kaleidoscopic portrait of one man’s emotional interior — unbounded darkness and desire. Shatterbox is proud to present Stewart’s remarkably innovative short film, which will premiere this week at the Sundance Film Festival, and is also headed to Cannes in May. Catch the trailer above.

WWD.com : Williams is to appear in advertising for Chanel’s new Gabrielle bag, recently photographed by Lagerfeld, who conceived the style.

Candids – Out in Savannah – December 13th & 14th, 2016

Kristen was seen out with some friends in Savannah on December 13th and 14th, 2016. Apparently Kristen has injured herself falling from some stairs while being at a bar where she was having fun with friends. She scrapped her knees and has to walk with the help of crutches sometimes, even if she seems more or less okay. Let’s hope she recovers fast.

Olivier Assayas mentions Kristen in a new interview

Le Bleu du Miroir : OLIVIER ASSAYAS | Interview
Translation by Adoring Kristen Stewart – Credit when sharing

A few days before the realease of his new movie Personal Shopper, which won the director award at the Cannes Film Festival, we met with Olivier Assayas – to whom we are dedicating a passionnating and rich retrospective for a few months.

You said : “I never reasoned with female character in the center of my movies. It’s an independent move that takes me to it, I listen to my desire, to my curiosity.” You meet again with Kristen Stewart, two years after Sils Maria. Can you tell that your desire, your curiosity to film her was not completely satisfied ?
Olivier Assayas
: Absolutely. I would never had said it quite like that but, in reality, it was a choice that imposed itself. I hadn’t written Sils Maria thinking of Kristen, but more of Juliette Binoche. It turns out that I was looking for an actress to play that young american assistant and it came clear really fast on Kristen – who brought something really particular to the movie. It wasn’t thought. She plays a more unidemensionnal character, she doesn’t have Maria’s complexity (Juliette Binoche’s character NDLR).
